All tariff are for the local areas of Dooars,
Sikkim and Darjeeling. The rates are not vallied for visit
to North Sikkim, Tsongo Lake, Nathula, Tiger Hills etc.
For Nepal and Bhutan entry tax is payable.
Service Tax @10.2% is applicable on daily
basis booking. Cost included in the given tariff.
Full payment should be made for the period booked before using
the car.
Payment for additional fuel will be made by the hirer as and
when fuel is purchased.
Booking should be done 15 days in advance, with 50 per cent
of the total amount.
Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the visiting
guests.
Cancellation charges will be as follows.
- Before 5 days - 25 % of booking amount
- Before 48 hours - 50 per cent of the total amount
- No refund is admissible if cancelled within the last 48
hours.
