Orange Village resort is a luxury resort in the outskirts of Gangtok city in Sikkim. The resort is located on the national highway at a distance of about 5 km from Gangtok. The resort is spread over seven acres of land overlooking the hill that leads to Rumtek monastery. Orange Village resort is located on a mountain slope away from the noise of the capital city.

Location

Orange village resort is about 5 km from the Gangtok city and is close to Ranipul. On your way to Gangtok through the NH31A, the Orange Village resort falls on the left side just before you enter the city limit of Gangtok.

Accommodation

The rooms at the resort are spread over several cottages over a large area. Some of the rooms may require you to walk down the stairs several steps. The rooms are large and offer good view of the facing hills. All rooms have teak wood flooring and engraved wood carvings. All rooms also have private balcony where you can spend a quiet evening. There are special honeymoon cottages for the newly wed.

Code orange is one of the few Discos in Gangtok. The place is quite popular among the locals as well as visiting guests. The resort also offers facilities such as gym and curio shop.

Dining

The restaurant of Orange Village resort "Suntaley Chulo" offers finest international delicacies. Popular Nepali and Sikkimese food is also offered here.
There is a bar " Black Stag" offering a variety of Indian and imported liquors.

Conferencing

The “Manjushree” conference hall can accommodate a maximum 350 persons. Standard conference facilities are available at the resort.
