Location
The resort is located about 8 km before Gangtok on the Highway connecting Gangtok with the rest of the country. On your way to Gangtok from Bagdogra Airport, you would be crossing Ranikhola river at Ranipul. From here Gangtok town is an uphill drive of about 10 km. just a couple of kilometers ahead on your right side you will find Mayfair Spa Resort.
Accommodation
The resort offers close to 70 accommodations divided into different categories such as
Villa – spread over 1600 square feet area, each villa has 2 rooms, 2 bath rooms, balcony and heated dip pool.
Premium Cottages – consisting of large bedrooms, sitting area and private balcony
Family Rooms – Consisting of two adjacent rooms, two bathrooms and private balcony
Standard Rooms – consisting of one room, one bathroom and a sitting area / balcony. Most rooms are of this category.
The Spa
The award winning Spa at Mayfair resort comprises of 12 therapy rooms with an array of specialized treatments. The spa offers a variety of relaxing therapies and messages for the guests including Face Therapies, Body Massages, Hands & Feet, Anti - Cellulite by Endermologie etc.

In each room there are furnished sitting area / private balcony. Rooms also have LCD TV with DVD player and satellite TV connection. There are mini bar inside the rooms along with Tea Coffee maker. If you want to access the internet, the entire resort is covered by Wi-Fi

Jogging Trail – There is a trail within the resort where you can go for joggin in the morning or an evening walk.
Telescope is available with the hotel to view the mountains around the resort.

The main restaurant Orchid”offers buffet mills. The resort offers organic vegetables and herbs for visitors looking for a healthy stay. Rumtek Lounge”is the coffee lounge of Mayfair Spa Resort. From the lounge you can get a glimpse of the famous Rumtek monastery. This place is ideal for breakfast or your evening tea.
Magnolia“ is the specialty dining facility at the resort offereing Sikkimese and other local cuisine.
The Jungle Café” is a small café set amongst the outdoor environment.
Tongba Bar” is offers an array of options for the wine connoisseur. Live band is played at the bar during weekends.
The Pool Bar” offers cocktails, beverages and barbeque on the pool deck.
Banquets & Meetings
The resort offers 3 meeting / conference areas. Teesta”is the conference hall with about 2500 sq ft area which can accommodate 250 guests. Mandap”is a large open air courtyard used for banquet parties. There is also a small meeting room of 25 persons named Gazebo.
