Sikkim Games Park

An amusement and butterfly park will be introduced in Saramsa and at Namchi, 15 km away from the capital of Sikkim Gangok. The state tourism department is working on the plan to develop such a park. The tourism secretary of the state informed that the department was working to prepare a detail report in this direction. To make both the areas accessible the department will construct a foot suspension bridge across the Marchak. The state council of science and technology will build a science centre at Marchak. Once the project is ready for visitors this is expected to give major boost to the tourism industry of the region.
