Alipurduar, Nov. 20: Excitements awaits tourists visiting the Buxa Tiger Reserve (BTR). The museum has been restored at the forest lodge near the Buxa Fort and photographs of eminent freedom fighters are in display.

Also, a watchtower standing at 450 meters has been erected at View Point near the Fort. It has been built to keep watch on animals but tourists can also enjoy the view during the day. For easier access to the fort a road stretching 2 km from Santalbari has been made for the tourists. A brochure on the reserve would also be published in English and Bengali.
