Traders demand air service

The trader community of the district have criticised the authorities concerned for postponement of air service resumption from the Cooch Behar airport. The resumption of air services from the Cooch Behar airport, scheduled for the Independence Day, was postponed.
Criticising the postponement, secretary of the Industrial Federation of Cooch Behar, Mr Depak Mundra, demanded intervention of Union civil aviation minister Mr Praful Patel in the matter. He demanded resumption of air services as early as possible from the Cooch Behar Airport.
