 Day
1 - Reception at NJP / Bagdogra. After refreshment proceed
for Samsing.
Day 2 - Morning optional trek to Mouchaki beat of Neora
valley national park for a magnificent bird eye view of
the vast plains of Dooars and Bhutan.
Alternately you can simply take a quite stroll in the local
Faribasti - a picturesque small hill village and also to Suntalekhola.
Evening drive to Gorumara
National Park. Drive inside the forest for a glimpse of
wild animals including rhinos and elephants. Return to Samsing
in the evening.
Day 3 - Drive to Jaldapara
via Chapramari
forests. Check in the forest Bungalow at Madarihat / Holong.
Day 4 - Morning elephant ride inside
Jaldapara grassland for viewing the famous one horned Rhino.
Drive to Phuntsholing (Bhutan). Transfer to hotel . Overnight
at Phuntsholing.Day
5 - Depart early morning for Thimphu.
Lunch en-route. Arrive Thimphu by 4.00 pm. Transfer to hotel
. Evening at leisure with basic orientation. Overnight at
Thimphu.
Day 6 - In and around Thimphu visit
the Pagoda, Handicraft center, Dzong, BBS and Takin sanctuary.
Overnight at Thimphu.

7 - In and around Thimphu visit Cherry Monastery. Overnight
at Thimphu Day 8 - Depart early morning for Paro. Arrive
Paro by noon. Transfer
to hotel .Evening at leisure. Overnight at Paro.
Day 9 - In and around Paro visit
the museum, Dzong ,market etc... Overnight at Paro.
Day 10 - In and around Paro which
includes a short hike to Taktsang Monastery. Overnight at
Paro.
Day 11 - Depart early morning for
Phuntsholing . Arrive Phuntsholing by 6.00 pm. Transfer to
hotel. Overnight at Phuntsholing.
Day 12 - Depart after early lunch
for New Jalpaiguri / Bagdogra. Tour concludes. |
