 Day 1 - Reception at NJP rail
station / Bagdogra airport. Transfer to Mirik (50Kms. 5000ft) through
the winding ghat roads and lush green tea gardens on the rolling
hill slope. Check in at Hotel and free evening for strolling around
the lake. (ONH : Mirik)
Day 2 - Take a stroll around the Lake samendu in the morning.You
can go for boating in the lake, take a horse ride or simply walk
around. Drive to Darjeeling after lunch (50Kms. 6500ft). Visit to Sukiapokhri
Salamander project on the way to have a glimpse of the rare Himalayan
reptile. Check in at hotel. Free evening in the Mall. (ONH: Darjeeling)
Day 3 - Early morning visit
to Tiger Hill for a breath taking view of sunrise over the Kanchanjunga.
Visit to Ghoom monastery & Batasia loop on way back. Full day
sight seeing at Darjeeling Zoo, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute,
Tenzing Rock, Lebong Race Course and Rope way ride over the Takvar
valley tea estate. Free evening for marketing and moving around
the city. (ONH: Darjeeling)
Day 4 - Morning visit to Rock garden and Gangamaya Park.
Free evening for marketing of traditional craft items. (ONH: Darjeeling)
Day 5 - Drive to Siliguri via Mangpoo (85Kms). Visit Takda
orchid Nursery and Rabindra Nath Tagore's house at Mongpoo. Reach
Siliguri in the afternoon. Tour ends at Siliguri. |
