 Day
1 - Reception for tourists at NJP / Bagdogra. Drive to
Gangtok (125
km app). Evening visit to Do-drul Chorten etc (depending upon
time availability). (ONH: Gangtok).
Day 2 - Your tour to north Sikkim
starts thttp://www.east-himalaya.com/rt for Lachung in the
morning. The distance between Gangtok and Lachung is about
140 km and travels through high mouhttp://www.east-himalaya.com/
in north Sikkim. Lunch on the way. Reach Lachung in the afternoon.
(ONH: Lachung).
Day 3 - Visit to Yumthang
- the valley of flowers. Playing around with snow as during
most part of the year, the valley is filled with snow. Drive
to Kataohttp://www.east-himalaya.com/ yourself surrounded
by snow capped mountains all around within a very short distance.
Visit the hot water spring and other places of interest. Return
to Lachung for Lunch. Visit to Lachung Monastery. (ONH : Lachung).
Day 4 - Start for Gangtok in the
morning. Reach Gangtok in the afternoon. Evening at leisure.http://www.east-himalaya.com/angtok).
Day 5 - Local site seeing at Gangtok.
Start for Siliguri after lunch. Tour concludes at Siliguri. |
