 Day
1: Arrival at Runglee
Rungliot Garden. We ride over the hills along the winding
Tista River and within
2hours of drive we enter in to the tea zone of Darjeeling
Hills at Tista Valley. The drive to the garden at the
last leg is not very comfortable but the pains will soon give
way to the soothing comfort with the dramatic change of the
landscape as the mists coiling up from the valley below suddenly
whitewash the entire landscape before you. Check in at the
old Planters Bungalow and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings
with a hot cup of flavored Darjeeling
Tea.
Day 2: Today we explore
the garden with the manager and experience the entire process
of tea manufacturing with tea plucking, factory visit followed
by tea testing of various blends of Darjeeling flavor. Explore
the beautiful estate with its acres of tea fields and private
forests either on foot or by jeep. After lunch just relax
in the cozy heritage bungalow watching the awe inspiring view
of the rolling valleys in the clouds.
Day 3: Walk to the nearby
Neora View Point in the morning for a bird watching tour for
couple of hours before checking out from Runglee Rungliot.
Tour ends with breakfast and a warm farewell from the garden
and drive to onward destination with memories to cherish for
a long time. |

4: On this day you can go for day visit to
Darjeeling Town and enjoy a lunch in the Glenerys with visit
to the important places in the town along with an exciting
Hill Train Ride.
