Terms of use
equipment is given on rent for a minimum period of 4 days
The equipment will be used in the North-East only
In case of loss, damage to the equipment for any reason whether
controllable or not, naturebeyond will deduct an amount, as
deemed fit, from the security deposit, without consulting
the tourist.
The tourist should check the equipment for defect before accepting
it. The hirer will be held responsible for any defect of the
equipment found on return
The tourist will be solely responsible for any unauthorized
use of the equipment (such as pitching tents in Wild Life
Sanctuaries). In case of loss of equipment the entire security
deposit amount will be confiscated.
For delayed return of the equipment, the tourist will be charged
50 per cent extra over and above the normal rent for each
additional day of use. |
