and conditions would override any General terms and conditions

Cancellation Rules:
20% cancellation charge of the total amount if cancelled more
than 15 days before arrival
40% cancellation charge of the total amount if cancelled between
15 to 7 days before arrival
70% cancellation charge of the total amount if cancelled between
7 to 1 days before arrival
No refund is possible in case of cancellation on the day of
arrival.
In case of multiple services booked through
naturebeyond at different dates, the date of arrival is the
date on which the tourist is expected to avail the first service
from naturebeyond.
No refund is admissible if the tour is cancelled
due to acts pf god, civil disturbance, strike or anything
beyond human control.
Change in pre booked services
In case the client requiring any changes in the pre-booked
service, such changes would be considered as a new service.
The cost for the new service is payable separately and naturebeyond
may not adjust the cost of changed service with the cost of
the original service. Such extention or alteration of the
original service is subject to both naturebeyond and the guests
agreeing on the same. In case of any disagreement naturebeyond
commitment is limited to the service already booked.
Cost for a standard package tour
would Include
Meals for each member of the group as per meal plan given
in the package itinerary, all accommodation on twin sharing
basis in hotels, sight seeing as per itinerary, all transportation
to and from NJP / Bagdogra. For each tour normally a specific
"cost includes" details is given to the guests;
such details would take precedence over the details mentioned
above.
Package tour Costs do not include
Expenditure incurred on tips, telephone, beverages, travel
insurance, laundry, other expenses of personal nature, any
other expense not mentioned in 'cost includes' above. For
each tour normally a specific "cost does not include"
details is given to the guests; such details would take precedence
over the details mentioned above.
Children below 5 years
- No charge if the child shares accompanying guardians bed,
between 6 to 12 - 70% of normal rate on condition they share
their guardian's accommodation
Please note:
All naturebeyond packages are customized on prior
information from our guests.
Accommodations can not be altered once booked.
naturebeyond will not be responsible for civil disturbances,
theft, accidents, natural calamities and other such incidents
beyond human control.
