naturebeyond can make last minute extention
or alteration of the itinerary as per guest’s specific
requirement. However, this will depend on the availability
of the accommodations and car in the respective places. The
cost for the changed programme is payable separately and no
adjustment of cost is possible with the original itinerary.
Costs for a package tour would Include
All major meals i.e. breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner, all
accommodation on twin sharing basis in hotels, sight seeing
as per itinerary, all transportation to and from NJP / Bagdogra
unless otherwise mentioned in the specific package or unless
otherwise decided during discussion with naturebeyond representative.
Package tour Costs do not include
Expenditure incurred on tips, telephone, beverages, travel
insurance, laundry, other expenses of personal nature, any
other expense not mentioned in 'cost includes' above.
Cancellation Rules:
Registration amount (30 per cent of total cost) non-refundable.
Cancellation within 5 days from date of arrival 50 per cent
advance given to naturebeyond will not be refunded. If the
tour is cancelled by either the guest or naturebeyond for
reasons beyond human control, naturebeyond may consider a
refund. Decision of naturebeyond management would be final
in this respect.
No refund is admissible if the tour is cancelled
in the last moment due to bad weather, civil disturbance,
strike or anything beyond human control.
Children below 5 years
- No charge, between 6 to 12 - 70% of normal rate on condition
they share their guardian's accommodation
Please note:
All naturebeyond packages are customized on prior
information from our guests.
Accommodations can not be altered once booked.
naturebeyond will not be responsible for civil disturbances,
theft, accidents, natural calamities and other such incidents
beyond human control.
Although naturebeyond will try its best to stick to the schedule,
under unforeseen circumstances beyond human control, the same
may be altered.
