Day 01 Arrival and Transfer to Gorumara

Arrival at Siliguri. Drive to Lataguri. The place is adjacent to the Garumara National Park. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Lataguri.
Day 02 Forest safari and full day tour of Samsing, Jhalong, Bindu area

Visit the Garumara National Park early morning on a Jeep safari. The safari will take you inside the core area of the forest. Return to the hotel for breakfast, after breakfast we will have a full-day sightseeing tour covering Samsing, Jaldhaka, Jhalong and Bindu. All the places are lesser-known hill stations but they offer an unparalleled landscape and peace, the true essence of Dooars.
Day 03 Jaldapara Transfer and evening forest safari

Drive to Jaldapara Wild Life Sanctuary (60kms. from Murti), one of the very few places in India to house the Asiatic one-horn rhino. Evening forest safari in Jeep inside the core area of Jaldapara forest. Overnight halt at Jaldapara.
Day 04 Transfer to Buxa and Jeep safari inside forest

Day 4 Activity : Forest Safari

After breakfast check out from the hotel. and transfer to Rajabhatkhawa in Buxa Tiger Reserve. In the afternoon visit the Buxa forests as part of a Jeep safari. Overnight at Buxa
Day 05 Back to station or airport

Return to Bagdogra Airport or NJP rail-station for your return travel. Tour ends

Accommodation on Twin sharing basis.

All applicable Transfers & Sightseeing by a vehicle that will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used for the group as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis).

Free km is 110KM/Day if it exceeds you have to pay Rs.10/- per km to the driver directly.
Cost of optional / suggested tours, Guide charge, Sightseeing entrance fee,
Elephant and Jeep Safari cost.
Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Inclusions” Head.
Cost for Airfare, Train fare, Toy Train Ride.

Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips, etc.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing (via email or authorised messaging platform) and will be effective only from the date and time of receipt by the tour operator.
Cancellation charges shall be calculated on the total package cost, irrespective of the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

More than 21 days before the date of commencement of the tour:
There would be a processing fee of 2000 levied.
Between 15 and 21 days before the date of commencement of the tour: Cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost.
Between 10 and 14 days before the date of commencement of the tour:
Cancellation charge of 75% of the total package cost.
Within 10 days or less before the date of commencement of the tour, or in case of no-show:
100% cancellation charge. No refund shall be payable.

Any non-refundable or non-amendable components (including but not limited to hotel bookings, permits, special vehicle arrangements, or train/toy train tickets) shall be charged in full, irrespective of the time of cancellation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time period after deduction of cancellation charges and any bank or payment gateway fees.
In case of early departure, unused services, or voluntary curtailment of the tour, no refund shall be admissible.
The tour operator reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation policy in accordance with supplier terms and prevailing regulations.

Complimentary stay without an extra bed.
Meals, if any, shall be payable directly as per hotel policy.
No separate seat will be provided in the vehicle for sightseeing or transfers.

Accommodated without an extra bed, sharing the room with parents/guardians.
The meal plan shall be the same as that of the accompanying parents/guardians.
One seat in the vehicle will be provided for the child for all transfers and sightseeing.

Considered as an extra adult for accommodation, meals, and vehicle seating.
Accommodated with an extra bed or mattress, sharing the room with parents/guardians.

The age of the child shall be calculated as on the date of commencement of the tour.
Maximum room occupancy is subject to hotel policies and applicable local regulations.
Extra beds are generally provided in the form of a mattress on the floor, subject to hotel standards and availability.
Hotels may request proof of age of the child at the time of check-in. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the accompanying parent/guardian to provide valid documentation.
In the event of any age-related discrepancy resulting in reclassification of the child by the hotel, any additional charges arising thereof shall be borne directly by the guest and settled on the spot with the hotel.

All quotes are valid for a maximum period of 15 days. If confirmation and payment do not take place within 15 days, the quote will be invalid.

Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Siliguri irrespective of any competence court present at the place of dispute
