  • Day 01 Arrival in Guwahati and transfer to Kaziranga

    On arrival at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport or Guwahati Railway Station, you are received and driven to Kaziranga National Park, covering 280 km in approximately 5 hours. The drive passes through Assam’s countryside with tea gardens and riverine landscapes.

    On arrival, check in at your hotel. The evening is free to relax after the journey or take a short walk around the lodge area. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

     

  • Day 02 Elephant and jeep safari in Kaziranga

    Early morning, proceed for an elephant safari in the Western Zone of Kaziranga National Park between 5.30 am and 7 am, subject to availability. This safari offers a closer view of the park’s grasslands and wetlands. Kaziranga is globally known for the endangered one horned rhinoceros. The park also supports a significant population of wild water buffalo, over a thousand wild elephants and a healthy presence of Royal Bengal Tigers, though sightings depend on movement and conditions.

    Return to the hotel for breakfast and rest. In the afternoon from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm, enjoy a jeep safari in the Central Zone. Kaziranga is also recognised for birdlife, with around 500 recorded species including Crested Serpent Eagle, Bar headed Goose, Bengal Florican, storks, herons and pelicans. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

  • Day 03 Drive from Kaziranga to Shillong

    After breakfast, check out and drive to Shillong, covering 270 km in around 7 hours. As you ascend to 2050 metres, the landscape gradually changes from plains to rolling hills and pine forests, marking your entry into Meghalaya.

    On arrival, check in at your hotel. The evening is free for leisure or local exploration. Overnight stay at Shillong.

     

  • Day 04 Cherrapunjee excursion with waterfalls and caves

    After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee, approximately 60 km away, taking around 2 hours one way. Cherrapunjee, also known as Sohra, is known for its high rainfall and dramatic terrain.

    Visit Mawkdok Viewpoint for valley views, followed by Nohkalikai Falls, one of India’s tallest plunge waterfalls. Continue to Seven Sisters Falls and Thangkharang Park, which offers distant views of the Bangladesh plains on clear days. Explore Mawsmai Cave, a limestone cave known for its natural rock formations and accessible chambers.

    In the afternoon, return to Shillong. En route, visit Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak for panoramic views of the city and surrounding hills. Overnight stay at Shillong.

  • Day 05 Shillong to Guwahati departure transfer

    After breakfast, check out and drive to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, covering approximately 100 km in about 3 hours. This well designed Kaziranga Shillong package tour concludes with a balanced wildlife and hill station experience, forming a practical and complete North East India tour plan for travellers from Bengal and beyond.

Inclusions

  • Hotel names are indicative, the actual hotels may be different in case the above hotel is not available on a particular date. The final hotel name will be communicated with the guests before booking confirmation.

  • An extra person/child sharing the room with a bed (CWB) shall get the mattress.

Exclusions

  • Additional usage of vehicles, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips, etc.

  • Cost of optional / suggested tours, Guide charge, Sightseeing entrance fee, Room Heater charge in the hotel.

  • Inner Line Permits [ILP]

  • Cost for any other service not mentioned under the “Inclusions” Head.

  • Cost for Airfare, Train fare.

  • 5% GST on the total billing. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing (via email or authorised messaging platform) and will be effective only from the date and time of receipt by the tour operator.

  • Cancellation charges shall be calculated on the total package cost, irrespective of the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Charges

  • More than 21 days before the date of commencement of the tour:
    There would be a processing fee of 2000 levied.

  • Between 15 and 21 days before the date of commencement of the tour: Cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost.

  • Between 10 and 14 days before the date of commencement of the tour:
    Cancellation charge of 75% of the total package cost.

  • Within 10 days or less before the date of commencement of the tour, or in case of no-show:
    100% cancellation charge. No refund shall be payable.

Important Notes

  • Any non-refundable or non-amendable components (including but not limited to hotel bookings, permits, special vehicle arrangements, or train/toy train tickets) shall be charged in full, irrespective of the time of cancellation.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time period after deduction of cancellation charges and any bank or payment gateway fees.

  • In case of early departure, unused services, or voluntary curtailment of the tour, no refund shall be admissible.

  • The tour operator reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation policy in accordance with supplier terms and prevailing regulations.

Child Policy

Child Policy

Children below 5 years of age (Infants / Toddlers)

  • Complimentary stay without an extra bed.

  • Meals, if any, shall be payable directly as per hotel policy.

  • No separate seat will be provided in the vehicle for sightseeing or transfers.

Children between 5 and 10 years of age

  • Accommodated without an extra bed, sharing the room with parents/guardians.

  • The meal plan shall be the same as that of the accompanying parents/guardians.

  • One seat in the vehicle will be provided for the child for all transfers and sightseeing.

Children above 10 years of age

  • Considered as an extra adult for accommodation, meals, and vehicle seating.

  • Accommodated with an extra bed or mattress, sharing the room with parents/guardians.

Important Notes

  • The age of the child shall be calculated as on the date of commencement of the tour.

  • Maximum room occupancy is subject to hotel policies and applicable local regulations.

  • Extra beds are generally provided in the form of a mattress on the floor, subject to hotel standards and availability.

  • Hotels may request proof of age of the child at the time of check-in. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the accompanying parent/guardian to provide valid documentation.

  • In the event of any age-related discrepancy resulting in reclassification of the child by the hotel, any additional charges arising thereof shall be borne directly by the guest and settled on the spot with the hotel.

  • The hotel name mentioned are indicative and not confirmed. Before confirmation of the tour, we will confirm the availability of the hotel and suggest an alternative if the mentioned hotel is not available.
  • In case of bad weather, poor road condition, local or political disturbance, security reasons, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the operations team may decide to make changes in the itinerary. Every effort will be made to consult the guests in such eventuality, however, the decision of the operations team will be final and binding on the guests.
  • In case of young or older persons or persons with health issues or disabilities, consult your doctor about the itinerary. Also if any special arrangement is needed, such information should be given to our team in advance before confirmation of the tour.
  • Arunachal Pradesh is very remote place, so all hotels in this region are basic to very very basic.
  • Road conditions from Bhalukpong to Tawang are very bad
  • To visit Arunachal Pradesh & Nagaland, Indian national requires Inner Line   Permits. Permits are issued in Guwahati which takes 2-3 working days.
  • Documents required: 4 passport size photographs, 1 Photo identity,1   Address proof.
  • For Madhuri lake and Bumla pass need a additional vehicle.
  • Room heaters will be chagebale .
  • Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Siliguri irrespective of any competence court present at the place of dispute.
