  • Day 01 Guwahati to Shillong through the Khasi Hills

    Arrive at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati and meet your representative. Begin the drive towards Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, through the scenic Khasi Hills. The journey takes you from the plains of Assam into the cooler, greener landscapes of Meghalaya. On arrival in Shillong, check in to your hotel and spend the remainder of the evening at leisure. You may explore the nearby market areas or simply relax after the journey. Shillong's pleasant climate, rolling hills and distinctive colonial-era character make it an ideal introduction to Meghalaya. Overnight stay in Shillong.

  • Day 02 Cherrapunji waterfalls, caves and root bridge

    After an early breakfast, drive to Sohra (Cherrapunji), one of Meghalaya's most spectacular destinations. Enjoy the scenic journey through the Khasi Hills and explore the area's dramatic waterfalls and limestone landscapes. Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Nohsngithiang (Seven Sisters) Falls, Dainthlen Falls and Mawsmai Cave, subject to weather and local accessibility. Continue towards the viewpoints around Thangkharang before experiencing the remarkable living-root bridge landscape. On the return journey, stop at Shillong Peak for panoramic views over Shillong and the surrounding hills. Return to Shillong in the evening. Overnight stay in Shillong.

  • Day 03 Explore Shillong's lakes, gardens and culture

    After breakfast, spend the day exploring Shillong. Visit Ward's Lake, a landscaped colonial-era lake surrounded by gardens, followed by Lady Hydari Park and other attractions in and around the city. The Meghalaya State Museum can be included when open; it is generally closed on Sundays, so the day's sightseeing should be adjusted accordingly. Continue to Shillong Golf Course, one of the city's best-known landmarks. Depending on available time, explore the local markets and shopping areas before returning to the hotel. The evening is free for personal activities and relaxation. Overnight stay in Shillong.

  • Day 04 Shillong to Kaziranga through Assam

    After breakfast, check out and drive towards Kaziranga National Park in Assam. The route descends from the Khasi Hills and gradually enters the plains of Assam, with changing scenery along the way. On arrival in Kaziranga, check in to your hotel or wildlife resort. The remainder of the afternoon is free to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. If time permits, you may explore optional attractions around the park, such as a tea garden or the Kaziranga Orchid and Biodiversity Park, depending on opening times. Overnight stay in Kaziranga. Kaziranga's main wildlife season generally runs from November to April.

  • Day 05 Full day forest safari at Kaziranga

    Rise early for a wildlife safari in Kaziranga. An elephant safari may be arranged subject to availability, forest regulations and reservation. If preferred, the experience can instead be a jeep safari. Return for breakfast. In the afternoon, visit another part of the forest for another round of forest safari. Today's highlight is multiple safaris and getting to watch the one-horned rhino and other wildlife from close quarters.

     

  • Day 06 Kaziranga safari and drive to Bomdila

    Morning breakfast and after breakfast check out from the hotel / resort. Continue towards Bomdila, entering Arunachal Pradesh and beginning the Himalayan section of the journey. On arrival, check in to your hotel and, time permitting, visit Bomdila Monastery, the district museum or nearby viewpoints. Enjoy the cooler mountain atmosphere and relax after the long drive. Overnight stay in Bomdila. Elephant safari seats are limited, and a reservation is recommended.

  • Day 07 Bomdila to Tawang via Sela

    After an early breakfast, drive towards Tawang through the spectacular high-altitude landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh. The route passes through the Sela Tunnel, which opened in 2024 and provides all-weather connectivity towards Tawang. Depending on road and weather conditions, visit the Sela Pass and Sela Lake area before continuing towards Jaswant Garh War Memorial, dedicated to Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat of the 4 Garhwal Rifles. The landscape becomes increasingly dramatic as you climb towards Tawang. Arrive in Tawang, check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Tawang.

  • Day 08 Tawang Monastery and Himalayan heritage

    After breakfast, explore Tawang and its remarkable Buddhist heritage. Visit Gaden Namgyal Lhatse, popularly known as Tawang Monastery, founded in 1680–81 by Merak Lama Lodre Gyatso. The monastery is one of the most important centres of Mahayana Buddhism in the Himalayas and is associated with the Monpa community. Continue to the Tawang War Memorial, commemorating Indian soldiers who lost their lives during the 1962 conflict. Depending on weather, road conditions and local permissions, additional nearby attractions may be included. Spend the evening exploring the local market and shopping for traditional handicrafts. Overnight stay in Tawang.

  • Day 09 Tawang to Dirang through mountain valleys

    After breakfast, begin the return journey from Tawang towards Dirang. Retrace the spectacular mountain route, with opportunities to stop at scenic viewpoints along the way, subject to road conditions and available daylight. As the altitude decreases, the landscape changes from high Himalayan terrain to forested valleys and settlements of the West Kameng region. Arrive in Dirang and check in to your hotel. Depending on arrival time, explore the town or visit its famous hot springs and nearby viewpoints. The evening is free to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain surroundings. Overnight stay in Dirang.

  • Day 10 Dirang to Bhalukpong via Tippi

    After breakfast, drive downhill towards Bhalukpong through the scenic valleys of West Kameng. En route, visit the Tippi Orchid Centre, an important orchid research and conservation centre situated beside the Kameng River. Continue through forested mountain roads towards Bhalukpong, the gateway between Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. On arrival, check in to your hotel. The remainder of the evening is free to relax beside the river or enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Bhalukpong marks the transition from Arunachal's Himalayan foothills back towards the plains of Assam. Overnight stay in Bhalukpong.

  • Day 11 Bhalukpong to Guwahati

    After breakfast, check out and drive towards Guwahati. The route gradually descends from the foothills of Arunachal Pradesh into the plains of Assam. On arrival in Guwahati, check in to your hotel and relax. Depending on your arrival time, the evening can be spent at leisure or exploring the city. An optional Brahmaputra river cruise may also be considered, subject to the operating schedule and weather conditions. After several days through the mountains of Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh, Guwahati provides a relaxed final evening before your onward journey. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

     

  • Day 12 Guwahati hotel to airport or railway station

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel. You will be transferred to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station according to your onward travel schedule. Your journey through the waterfalls and living-root bridges of Meghalaya, the high Himalayan landscapes and Buddhist heritage of Tawang, and the wildlife country of Kaziranga comes to an end. The tour ends with onward departure from Guwahati.

  • Hotel names are indicative, the actual hotels may be different in case the above hotel is not available on a particular date. The final hotel name will be communicated with the guests before booking confirmation.

  • 5% GST on the total billing. 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing (via email or authorised messaging platform) and will be effective only from the date and time of receipt by the tour operator.

  • Cancellation charges shall be calculated on the total package cost, irrespective of the amount paid at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Charges

  • More than 21 days before the date of commencement of the tour:
    There would be a processing fee of 2000 levied.

  • Between 15 and 21 days before the date of commencement of the tour: Cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost.

  • Between 10 and 14 days before the date of commencement of the tour:
    Cancellation charge of 75% of the total package cost.

  • Within 10 days or less before the date of commencement of the tour, or in case of no-show:
    100% cancellation charge. No refund shall be payable.

Important Notes

  • Any non-refundable or non-amendable components (including but not limited to hotel bookings, permits, special vehicle arrangements, or train/toy train tickets) shall be charged in full, irrespective of the time of cancellation.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time period after deduction of cancellation charges and any bank or payment gateway fees.

  • In case of early departure, unused services, or voluntary curtailment of the tour, no refund shall be admissible.

  • The tour operator reserves the right to amend or update this cancellation policy in accordance with supplier terms and prevailing regulations.

Children below 5 years of age (Infants / Toddlers)

  • Complimentary stay without an extra bed.

  • Meals, if any, shall be payable directly as per hotel policy.

  • No separate seat will be provided in the vehicle for sightseeing or transfers.

Children between 5 and 10 years of age

  • Accommodated without an extra bed, sharing the room with parents/guardians.

  • The meal plan shall be the same as that of the accompanying parents/guardians.

  • One seat in the vehicle will be provided for the child for all transfers and sightseeing.

Children above 10 years of age

  • Considered as an extra adult for accommodation, meals, and vehicle seating.

  • Accommodated with an extra bed or mattress, sharing the room with parents/guardians.

Important Notes

  • The age of the child shall be calculated as on the date of commencement of the tour.

  • Maximum room occupancy is subject to hotel policies and applicable local regulations.

  • Extra beds are generally provided in the form of a mattress on the floor, subject to hotel standards and availability.

  • Hotels may request proof of age of the child at the time of check-in. In such cases, it is the responsibility of the accompanying parent/guardian to provide valid documentation.

  • In the event of any age-related discrepancy resulting in reclassification of the child by the hotel, any additional charges arising thereof shall be borne directly by the guest and settled on the spot with the hotel.

  • The hotel name mentioned are indicative and not confirmed. Before confirmation of the tour, we will confirm the availability of the hotel and suggest an alternative if the mentioned hotel is not available.
  • In case of bad weather, poor road condition, local or political disturbance, security reasons, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the operations team may decide to make changes in the itinerary. Every effort will be made to consult the guests in such eventuality, however, the decision of the operations team will be final and binding on the guests.
  • In case of young or older persons or persons with health issues or disabilities, consult your doctor about the itinerary. Also if any special arrangement is needed, such information should be given to our team in advance before confirmation of the tour.
  • Arunachal Pradesh is very remote place, so all hotels in this region are basic to very very basic.
  • Road conditions from Bhalukpong to Tawang are very bad
  • To visit Arunachal Pradesh & Nagaland, Indian national requires Inner Line   Permits. Permits are issued in Guwahati which takes 2-3 working days.
  • Documents required: 4 passport size photographs, 1 Photo identity,1   Address proof.
  • For Madhuri lake and Bumla pass need a additional vehicle.
  • Room heaters will be chagebale .
  • Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Siliguri irrespective of any competence court present at the place of dispute.
